DOMESTIC RETURNS POLICY:
We here at Safer Ourdoor USA think things should be simple. If a customer* does not like their chair for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase, they may return the chair. The chair must be clean and in working order. If the chair is returned in an unfit manor, Safer Outdoor USA will deduct an amount of their choosing from the refund to supplement for the damage. All refunds will be issued no later than the Friday after the item is received.
If there is a current sale going on there will be no returns allowed. You may not return a product and place an order while there is a current sale. You may not place an order while on sale and then return a previous order. If any of the above occurs we reserve the right to cancel your new order and issue a refund.
There are no returns on limited edition products.
* A customer is defined as a person who makes a purchase directly though Safer Outdoor USA for themselves or another person as a gift with the sole intention of using the chair as it was designed for, defined as, personal sitting. There are no returns or exchanges for drop shippers, defined as, people who purchase a product for another person via a sale that has originated from outside of Safer Outdoor USA (www.saferoutdoor.com). There are no returns for chairs used for media, defined as, chairs purchased with the sole purpose of taking pictures and/or video, this falls outside of our definition of a customer. There are no returns for chairs used for events, defined as, chairs purchased with the sole purpose to use as seating for an event, this falls outside of our definition of a customer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY:
There are no returns for international orders.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. If the order falls within thirty days of purchase, we will email a return label to you. The label will be FedEx or USPS depending on what you are returning. Please take the label and adhere it to the original packaging. You may schedule a pickup or take the package to the nearest "drop" location. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund.
All of our products are designed to be used for person, meaning non-commercial use, only. The products are not designed for commercial use and using any product commercially voids all warranties.
